What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Please read the following information, and reach out to us as soon as you know that you need to either reschedule or cancel for a registered class.

Should you need to cancel or change a registration for a class, you will receive a refund, minus our processing fees, or a full class credit to use in the future as long as you cancel or change a registration at least 3 weeks before the class start date.

If you need to cancel or change a registration for a class within less than 3 weeks, you will receive a refund, minus our course deposit (50% of the course fee), or a full class credit to use in the future.

Cancellations made with less than a week before the class start date may be transferred to another student, but no refund will be issued.

No refunds, or full exchanges, will be given to registration cancellations, changes made on the day of the class, incomplete registrations, if we are unable to complete your reigistration by phone, or for no-shows, without exception. If you are ill, or there is a family emergency, please contact our staff as soon as you are aware you will not be coming to class. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR WITHDRAWALS, NO-SHOWS, CANCELLATIONS (AND IMPROPERLY MADE CANCELLATIONS), MADE LESS THAN 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START DATE OF THE SESSION. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR EARLY WITHDRAWALS, OR DISMISSALS, DUE TO ABSENCES, FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING SICKNESS, BEHAVIORAL DISMISSALS, POWER FAILURES, WEATHER, OR UNFORESEEABLE EVENTS NOT WITHIN THE CONTROL OF ADVANCED INGENUITY LABS, OR OTHER ACTS OF NATURE.

Registrations are fully transferable, and you may have someone else attend in your place, as long as we receive notice and registration information prior to the start of class.
