Your Registration Obligations
You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Advanced Ingenuity registration form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if Advanced Ingenuity has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Advanced Ingenuity has the right to terminate your registration and refuse any and all current or future use of Advanced Ingenuity services (or any portion thereof).
If a student leaves a program early for any reason, the registration fee is not prorated and no refund will be issued, including partial refunds.
No Commercial Reuse Of Advanced Ingenuity Services
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit, for any commercial purposes, any portion or use of, or access to, Advanced Ingenuity services (including but not limited to Content, Curriculum, Software, Analysis).
Cell Phone, Video, And Audio Recording
The use of cell phones, smart phones, or other mobile communication devices is disruptive, and strictly prohibited during all classes, except in the case of emergencies.
Video and audio recordings present privacy concerns, and concerns with copyright and intellectual property issues. THEREFORE, VIDEO OR AUDIO RECORDINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CONDITION.
Classes are rarely canceled due to weather and generally only canceled when a weather warning is issued or when DOT issues a NO travel alert for the Louisville metro area. If we hold a class, there will be no refunds due to the weather for students who are no shows.
Our weather-related cancellations are based upon safety conditions as identified by local/regional weather and public safety authorities, who are informed by the National Weather Service. Weather events are designated as “Acts of God” and, as such, are completely outside of the control of the staff at Advanced Ingenuity Labs.

Weather Warning: Classes will be canceled. In these events, we will do the best we can to notify you 24-hours in advance of any impending chance of cancellation. This will also be stated on our Web page as well as on our phone lines. If we decide it is necessary to cancel a class, we will assist you in transferring your enrollment to a future class.
Should you need to cancel or change a registration for a class, you will receive a refund, minus our processing fees, or a full class credit to use in the future as long as you cancel or change a registration at least 3 weeks before the class start date.
If you need to cancel or change a registration for a class within less than 3 weeks, you will receive a refund, minus our course deposit (50% of the course fee), or a full class credit to use in the future.
Cancellations made with less than a week before the class start date may be transferred to another student, but no refund will be issued.
No refunds, or full exchanges, will be given to registration cancellations or changes made on the day of the class, or for no-shows, without exception. If you are ill, or there is a family emergency, please contact our staff as soon as you are aware you will not be coming to class. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR WITHDRAWALS, NO-SHOWS, CANCELLATIONS (AND IMPROPERLY MADE CANCELLATIONS), MADE LESS THAN 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START DATE OF THE SESSION. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR EARLY WITHDRAWALS, OR DISMISSALS, DUE TO ABSENCES, FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING SICKNESS, BEHAVIORAL DISMISSALS, POWER FAILURES, WEATHER, OR UNFORESEEABLE EVENTS NOT WITHIN THE CONTROL OF ADVANCED INGENUITY LABS, OR OTHER ACTS OF NATURE.
Registrations are fully transferable, and you may have someone else attend in your place, as long as we receive notice and registration information prior to the start of class.
Changes and cancellations may be made by calling us, during regular business hours, and speaking directly with one of our representatives.
Returned Check/Dishonored Transaction Policy
A $25 returned check fee will be assessed for any checks returned or card transactions that are not honored.
