Overview

Robotics: Fundamentals and Microcontrollers is a project-based training course that uses a hands-on approach to introduce the concepts of robotics, focusing on the construction and programming of autonomous mobile robots. Robotics is a rapidly growing field that is in high-demand across multiple industries, and in this training course, students will learn, build, configure, program, and keep their very own smart and motile robot!

In this training course, students will learn:

  • Actuators, drives, and sensors
  • Motion planning
  • Microcontrollers
  • Control components and software
  • Programming using an IDE
  • Task modeling
  • Coding and diagnostics


Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for enrollment in this training camp/course; however, some previous programming experience may be helpful.


Prices

The training camp (16 hours) is $449 (plus tax). All listed prices include:

  • In-person, instructor-led training
  • A smart and motile robot kit
  • An Advanced Ingenuity Labs T-shirt
  • A certificate of completion (issued when all 16 hours are completed within the designated time)
