I missed your call or was not able to answer my phone, in order to complete my camp/course registration. How can I complete my registration?

You will receive a phone call from Advanced Ingenuity Labs within two business days to complete your camp/course registration. If we are unable to get in touch with you via phone, you will not receive your camp/course registration ticket. Consequently, your seat will not be reserved. If you have not spoken with one of our representatives by phone, then your registration is not complete. Please contact us with a phone number that we can use to reach you, as soon as possible.

As our Refund/Cancellation Policy states in our Terms and Policies, no refunds, or full exchanges, will be given to registration cancellations, changes made on the day of the class, incomplete registrations, if we are unable to complete your reigistration by phone, or for no-shows, without exception. If you are ill, or there is a family emergency, please contact our staff as soon as you are aware you will not be coming to class. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR WITHDRAWALS, NO-SHOWS, CANCELLATIONS (AND IMPROPERLY MADE CANCELLATIONS), MADE LESS THAN 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START DATE OF THE SESSION. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR EARLY WITHDRAWALS, OR DISMISSALS, DUE TO ABSENCES, FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING SICKNESS, BEHAVIORAL DISMISSALS, POWER FAILURES, WEATHER, OR UNFORESEEABLE EVENTS NOT WITHIN THE CONTROL OF ADVANCED INGENUITY LABS, OR OTHER ACTS OF NATURE.

Registrations are fully transferable, and you may have someone else attend in your place, as long as we receive notice and registration information prior to the start of class.
